Silicon Labs introduce new gen I2C low power Temp Sensor IC fully factory-calibrated and is available in a DFN6 package SI705X series.

0.1°C sensor (Si7051) can be used to measure human body temperature
Digital I2C interface and fully factory calibrated
The temperature sensors are factory-calibrated, and the calibration data is
stored in the on-chip non-volatile memory. This ensures that the sensors
are fully interchangeable, with no recalibration or software changes
required
